Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our team. As a Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment for students. You will utilize your skills in classroom management, math, literacy education, and behavior management to educate and inspire students.

Duties:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards
- Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment
- Provide instruction in various subjects, including math and literacy
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to students and parents/guardians
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the learning experience
- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to maintain a productive learning environment
- Provide individualized support and tutoring to students as needed
- Monitor student behavior and implement behavior management strategies when necessary

Skills:
- Strong classroom management skills
- Proficiency in math and literacy education
- Experience working with students in an educational setting
- Ability to provide individualized support and tutoring
- Knowledge of effective behavior management techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (required)
- Teaching certification or licensure required
